2015年 知名英文媒体杂志对上卿纹身的采访报道，杂志的封面也是邀请的上卿老师绘制设计的，让更多的国际友人了解到中国的纹身文化，东方的纹身艺术。

    上卿认为纹身是一种态度，是对生活中艺术部分的诠释。自先秦有纹身历史记载以来，纹身的发展既有迹可循。古老、神秘的东方文化影响着现代人对纹身的看法，近现代纹身的发展以及受欧美国家开放思想的影响逐渐在打破中国旧时对纹身的偏见，上卿纹身传承中华美术精神，以发扬东方文化为己任， 全身心以纹身这样独特的方式来宣扬着这种行走的文化艺术，让更多的人认识到纹身的美，让中国文化元素在纹身上体现与宣扬，把它带到世界的每一个角落。
  
   随着社会的发展与时代的进步，人们的思想解体，纹身在近几年的艺术舞台上已愈来愈活跃并且受到广泛关注，中国对纹身的认识逐步在往艺术范畴类靠拢，一种文化的产生总会需要一个漫长的过程，这样的历史沉淀才能让这个社会文化现象得到世人的最终认可与接受，然而在这个过程中需要更多的人去支持它，认可它，容纳它，正视它。如今纹身艺术的发展也同时为社会潮流与时尚锦上添花，是个性的展现，情感的流露，对美的追求，亦或更是对艺术的感悟。文化的发扬并非一朝一夕，把纹身艺术推向全民艺术舞台任重而道远，上卿纹身将以全身心的精力投入其中。

             Shangqing Culture

Shangqing maintains that tattooing is a kind of attitude and interpretation of art of life. Since the historical record of tattooing in pre-Qin dynasty, the development of tattooing can be traced. Old and mysterious oriental culture influences modern people’s opinions of tattooing. The development of modern and contemporary tattooing and the influence of European and American countries open ideas are gradually breaking the prejudice against tattooing in old China. Shangqing Tattooing carries on Chinese art spirit, takes upon itself to carry forward oriental culture, wholeheartedly publicize the walking culture art with unique way of tattooing, let more people recognize the beauty of tattoos and Chinese cultural elements demonstrated and publicized by tattoos, and bring tattooing to each corner of the world.

With the social development, progress of era and people’s ideological openness, tattooing has become more and more active on the art stage in recent years and received extensive attention. China is gradually recognizing tattooing from the perspective of art. The appearance of a new culture always entails a long process. Only historical accumulation can make the social cultural phenomena finally approved and accepted by people in the world. Nevertheless, the process needs more people to support, approve, tolerate and face it. Nowadays, tattooing art makes social trends and fashion even better. It is the demonstration of personality, reveal of emotions, pursuit of beauty or even perception of art. The spreading of culture cannot be done in one day. It is a long way to go and great responsibility to promote tattooing art to the art stage for all, which Shangqing Tattooing will be completely devoted to.
